Świnoujście has unique architecture resulting from the maritime character of the city. There are a lot of historical port buildings here, but also tenement houses, numerous pensions and hotels. A second urban layout of the seaside district has also been formed here, located between the Świnoujście promenade and a green belt separating it from the city centre, mainly the historic Spa Park.
Świnoujście has one of the largest beaches. It stretches for almost 10 km and is constantly growing wider due to the receding sea. The apartment building itself is in direct contact with the main promenade.
The apartment is new (the whole building including the apartment was completed in 2021). It is an excellent place for a peaceful stay in the best location. The apartment is fully equipped and ready for guests.

It is fully equipped. It has a kitchenette, coffee maker and all kinds of kitchen equipment to make it fully functional.
Location
The building is located in a closed area where we have a private parking space for each apartment. Walking to the main entrance to the beach takes about 5 minutes.
Furnishings
Every item in the apartment is brand new and has no signs of use.
